hermes.mdgit.com.au is currently experiencing performance issues, caused by another container on the node. Some shared hosting users may experience slow performance while this is being rectified. This announcement will be updated when this issue is resolved. UPDATE: 11:00 am 22/1 Performance issues on hermes have been resolved overnight.
1300 number offline 19th July 2010

Our main 1300 support number was down intermittently between 11:40 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. today. This was caused by a fault at our external VOIP provider. During this time, callers affected by this fault received an egaged signal. The problem was rectified by 2:45 p.m., 19th July 2010. There was been no disruption to ticket support during this period.

Customers newly transferred to the automated invoicing system please forgive the 'late invoice' reminder that is automatically sent one day after the issue of your first invoice. All future invoices will be issued 7 days before they are due.
